Volunteer Opportunities
Sponsors and Exhibitors:
Prior to the Fair we need help calling Sponsors and Exhibitors.
As you know expenses are incurred when putting on an event
as such.We are in need of volunteers to call Sponsors and Exhibitors for the Fair.
Can you make 2 or 3 calls? We have a list. Please volunteer...
Fair Guide: The day of the Fair we need Fair Guides to
- greet fair attendees
- help with names tags
- give out information
- direct traffic
- help at exhibitor tables
- Zero waste
There will be a meeting the night before the Fair on Oct 1st
at Zippy's for all volunteers. Fair guides are required
to attend the Oct 1th meeting.
